Returns

Returns are accepted for bracelets, pendants, charms, and wall decor products under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support at rungtaexports@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once the return request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be verified. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Returns requested after the allowed return period

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • The processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be declined and the item may be shipped back.
